A 1-litre shaker tube, containing 25,000 or a 5L bulk bag containing 125,000 of Hypoaspis miles predatory mites in a peat/vermiculite mixture. This soil dwelling predator attacks and kills the young larvae of sciarid flies, and will also consume thrip larvae dropping off plants, making it a useful complement to other Western Flower Thrip products.

Rotate the tube several times before opening. Push the cut-out on the lid where marked to open the tube. Rotate the lid cover to the fully open position for application. Shake the tube slowly to dispense the mixture onto the surface of the growing medium. The mites are very mobile and will soon distribute themselves uniformly through the crop.
Use 100 mites/sqm before sciarid fly infestation develops.
Use 300 mites/sqm on existing infestations
Keep out of direct sunlight
Transport and store at 15-20°C
Use within 48 hours of receipt
Do not use with soil insecticides.
